Beechcroft Green Nursing Home

Beechcroft Green provides personal and nursing care to 25 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 24 residents were receiving support. Staff were described as kind, caring and responsive, meeting people's needs in individual and personalised ways. People felt listened to and knew how to raise concerns. The home had recruited enough staff safely to meet people's needs, with inspectors observing staff respecting residents' privacy and protecting their dignity. Residents could be confident they were supported by staff who had access to appropriate guidance.
