The home maintained adequate supplies of Personal Protective Equipment and staff used it appropriately throughout care activities. While the provider had established correct procedures for managing professional visitors, the vaccination status check procedure was not followed when inspectors arrived.

The provider promptly took action to address this gap and ensure the policy was properly implemented going forward.
