The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff understood safeguarding and knew how to prevent, identify and report abuse, and that care planning reflected people's individual needs and preferences.

People and their relatives told inspectors they felt safe and were treated with kindness and respect, with staff understanding how they wanted their care delivered. Confidentiality was maintained, visitors were welcomed at any time, and effective systems were in place to gather feedback and monitor and improve the quality of the service.
