Tendring Meadows

Tendring Meadows provides personal care and accommodation for up to 53 people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs and dementia. At inspection, 16 people were using the service. The home occupies one adapted building over two floors, with the top floor closed for renovation at the time of the visit.

Medicines are administered safely and as prescribed. Risk management is effective, including for individual health conditions, and infection prevention and control measures are working well. Staff recruitment follows safe procedures, with sufficient numbers appropriately deployed to meet people's needs.
