Medicines are administered as prescribed, though record-keeping practices required improvement. The provider responded immediately to this feedback, and inspectors made a recommendation about medicines documentation. The service maintains sufficient staffing levels appropriately deployed to meet residents' needs, with safe recruitment procedures in place.
