Saresta and Serenade

Saresta and Serenade accommodates up to 10 people with complex needs, including learning disability and autistic spectrum disorder, across two adjoining bungalows. The service provides personal care designed around values of choice, promoting independence and inclusion, enabling people to live as ordinary a life as possible. One person lives in their own adapted self-contained annex.

During the inspection, staff demonstrated commitment to supporting residents' wellbeing and autonomy. The service creates an environment where people with learning disabilities and autism are supported to participate fully in community life and make choices about their care and daily activities.
