People receive a safe service with appropriate protections from harm. The home has sufficient staff who have been safely recruited to meet residents' needs. Medicines management is well organised, with people receiving their prescribed medications correctly.
The service supports residents to have choice and control over their lives in ways that are as unrestricted as possible.
