About Swiss House

Swiss House is a residential care home in Dudley for people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. Details of the CQC's most recent findings on the home are set out below.

Swiss House accommodates up to ten people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At inspection, nine residents lived at the home. During a COVID-19 outbreak that prevented family visits, staff supported residents to stay connected with relatives through video calls, while the manager kept families informed through regular letters and emails.

Staff engaged residents in various activities to maintain their wellbeing, including singing hymns, making prayer books, fitness exercises, and socially distanced discos. These activities demonstrated the home's commitment to supporting residents' physical and emotional needs during challenging circumstances.
