Wordsley Hall

Wordsley Hall is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 41 older people, some of whom live with dementia. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 38 residents in one adapted building. People were safely supported by staff with systems in place to identify and minimise risks to their safety and wellbeing. The home employed sufficient numbers of staff who knew residents well, and lessons were learnt following any accidents or incidents to reduce future risks. Staff received appropriate training and support to carry out their roles effectively.
