Staff were trained to safeguard people from abuse and knew how to escalate concerns. The home conducted thorough recruitment checks and managed medicines safely.

Individual health and risk assessments were tailored to each person's needs, with staff receiving training on specific conditions including dementia. Residents were supported to maintain their health and wellbeing, with balanced diets and choice over meals and drinks. Relatives felt the service was secure and provided a safe environment for their family members.
