Elizabeth House

Elizabeth House is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 109 older people, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. The CQC found the service overall to be good, with people describing staff as kind, attentive and knowledgeable, and families reporting they were involved in planning and reviewing care.

Inspectors identified some shortfalls around safety, rating this area as requiring improvement, though people said they felt safe and confident raising concerns. Staffing, medicines management and support for independence and choice were found to be good.
