At inspection, 33 people were using the service. The home has robust safeguarding systems in place, with staff taking prompt action when concerns are identified. Medicines are managed safely and people receive them as prescribed. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives using the least restrictive approaches.

The provider has appropriate systems for identifying and managing risks to people's safety and wellbeing. Incidents and accidents are recorded and investigated, with documented actions and lessons learned. Staffing levels are sufficient to meet people's needs, and the home has strong recruitment procedures including background checks. Staff receive regular training and supervision to ensure they have the required skills and knowledge.
