The CQC rated it Good overall, following up on a previous breach relating to staff recruitment, which had since been resolved. Inspectors found risks were well managed, safeguarding systems were effective, and medicines were handled safely.

Staff and health professionals were praised for kindness and leadership, and relatives spoke warmly of the care provided. However, inspectors noted staffing levels did not always support consistent, person-centred care, some record-keeping needed strengthening, and minor infection control issues were found and quickly addressed.
