Inspectors found a strong, values-led culture with visible, inclusive leadership and consistently compassionate, person-centred care. People and relatives praised staff kindness, communication and the homely environment. Effective care and safeguarding were generally well managed, though improvements were needed in medicines management to ensure consistent oversight.
