Little Heath Reablement & Support Centre

Little Heath Reablement & Support Centre provides personal and nursing care for up to 24 people, with 23 residents staying at the home during inspection for rehabilitation purposes. The centre maintains strong safeguarding systems to protect people from abuse, with well-managed safety risks and sufficient staff to meet residents' needs. Medicines are managed safely and staff follow infection prevention practices.

Staff receive regular supervision and support, with annual training programmes ensuring they have essential skills and knowledge to care for residents effectively. People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
