Little Heath Care & Support

Little Heath Care and Support provides personal and nursing care to up to 64 residents, including those living with dementia and people with care, physical or sensory needs. The purpose-built home has bedrooms across two floors with access to communal areas, gardens, and facilities including a shop and hairdresser salon. At inspection, 61 people were resident at the service.

Risks to residents and their safety were monitored and managed to support them in staying safe. The living environment and equipment were regularly checked to reduce and manage risks, with the registered manager creating environmental risk assessments. Effective infection prevention and control measures were in place.
