Country Lodge Nursing Home

Country Lodge Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 26 people in one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 23 people were using the service. People felt safe and well-supported, with one resident commenting, "The staff, and the food, are superb. We are being attended to by a group of ladies who will do anything for you." Staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs, and staff responded promptly to call bells. People received their medicines as required.

Relatives were positive about the care provided. One family member noted that their relative "loves them all. They are very attentive and treat everyone as an individual. They accommodate any meal requests people have." Staff demonstrated person-centred care by personalising support to individual preferences and needs.
