41 West Hill is a care home providing personal care and support to younger adults with a learning disability and autistic people, supporting four people at the time of assessment. However, inspectors found people were not always protected from restrictive practice, and Mental Capacity Act principles were not consistently followed. Care plans did not always show that least restrictive options were considered, and people were not always supported to learn new skills or build independence.
