Stonehaven

Stonehaven accommodates up to 26 people, including older people and those living with dementia. The home provides exceptionally kind and compassionate care, with one resident describing it as "just like being at home." Staff demonstrate a deep understanding of each person and deliver highly responsive, person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence and choice in all aspects of daily life.

Residents have access to a wide variety of one-to-one and communal activities tailored to their personal interests and hobbies. The home works collaboratively with local health and social care services to ensure people receive any additional support they need. End of life care is delivered in a particularly compassionate and person-centred manner, and effective infection prevention and control systems are in place.
