Frampton House Residential Care Home

Frampton House provides residential personal care for up to 30 older people, some living with dementia, across three floors. At the time of inspection, 24 residents were living there.

Inspectors found that people were exposed to the risk of acquiring infectious diseases, including Covid-19, because infection control procedures were not always managed safely. Technical issues with access to electronic systems for the manager had only recently been resolved.

Quality monitoring systems and management oversight had been significantly reviewed following the previous inspection.
