OSJCT Southfield House

OSJCT Southfield House provides personal care to up to 32 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 30 people were using the service. Staff numbers were sufficient to meet people's needs, and team members had received training in safeguarding and best practice. The home's recruitment processes ensured staff were safe to work with vulnerable people. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff enabling them to make decisions about their care and support.
