The service is staffed by kind and caring professionals who know residents' individual needs well, with sufficient staff available to meet care requirements. All staff have received appropriate training and support to provide safe care.
Residents feel safe at the home, and staff understand how to raise safeguarding concerns and manage risks appropriately. The care provided reflects an understanding of each person's individual circumstances and needs.
