Stonecross Care Centre

Stonecross Care Centre provides care and support for up to 32 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of the assessment, 29 people were living there.

The CQC found the home had improved significantly and was no longer in breach of regulations, moving the overall rating from requires improvement to good. Inspectors found people were kept safe, staffing and recruitment had strengthened, and oversight systems were more robust. People and relatives spoke positively about kind staff, good food, varied activities, and a supportive, approachable manager.
