St Teresa's is a nursing home accommodating up to 70 older people and those with dementia, with 60 residents at the time of inspection. The service occupies a converted former nunnery alongside modern purpose-built accommodation, split into two wings called Gainsborough and Bartelt across three floors. Bedrooms are distributed throughout the building, with some featuring en-suite facilities.

Residents have access to communal dining and lounge areas, including a newly installed sensory space, and the home benefits from level access to extensive outdoor grounds.
