Culverhayes Nursing Home

This nursing home provides care to up to 65 people, including older and younger adults, people with dementia, and those with mental health needs. At the time of inspection, 62 people were using the service.

People were supported safely, with staff demonstrating good understanding of safeguarding and acting in people's best interests where necessary. Care plans provided clear guidance that staff followed to keep residents safe. The home had recruited staff appropriately and maintained sufficient staffing levels to enable person-centred care. A range of activities were available to residents, including trips out and various indoor activities.
