Inspectors found staff were kind, attentive and respectful, promoting people's privacy and dignity, and the home was clean, safe and well-presented, with medicines managed properly.

Governance was found to need improvement, as some systems were not robust enough to prevent incidents recurring. People and relatives described staff as competent and caring, and felt able to raise concerns with an approachable management team.
