Chelmsford Care Centre Ltd

Chelmsford Care Centre provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 70 older people, including those with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. At inspection, 26 people were living at the service, mostly with dementia, accommodated across two ground-floor units called Garden and Lillibet in the purpose-built three-storey building.

People and their relatives were very positive about the service. Suitable arrangements were in place to keep people safe, with staff following safeguarding policies and procedures effectively. Risks to people were identified and managed appropriately.
