Medicines administration was handled by trained staff, but records were not always accurately maintained. The home demonstrated safe infection prevention practices and staff understood safeguarding procedures. Recruitment processes included appropriate background checks, and people and relatives reported feeling comfortable raising concerns with the registered manager.
