Inspectors identified some infection control issues and a staff deployment concern during the visit, both addressed promptly by management, but found people felt safe, well cared for and protected from avoidable harm.
Staff were found to know people well, treating them with kindness and respect, and worked effectively with external professionals. Governance systems, including audits and oversight, supported quality and safety. People and relatives spoke positively about the care, staff and management, describing the home as welcoming and responsive to individual preferences.
