Oak Hall Care Home

All staff received initial training and regular safeguarding refreshers, understanding procedures for raising concerns. New staff completed induction periods working alongside experienced colleagues until confident in their roles. The home supported residents' independence through individualized risk assessments and person-centered care that balanced safety with autonomy. The service collaborated positively with other health professionals to meet residents' diverse needs.
