Weyspring Park

Weyspring Park accommodates up to 34 people in a single adapted building, providing personal care to those with complex health and care needs including diabetes, dementia, and psychological conditions such as schizophrenia. During inspection, 27 people were using the service.

People were protected from abuse and discrimination, with risks fully assessed and mitigated. Residents reported feeling supported to keep themselves and their belongings safe. The home managed medicines safely and maintained infection control processes that protected people from infection risks.
