People, relatives, staff and professionals described the service as exceptionally well managed, with an open and transparent culture. Relationships between residents and staff were genuine, with people appreciating the kindness and support offered. The home worked closely with health professionals to ensure people received appropriate care to maintain good health. Dining experiences were of high quality throughout the inspection, with people reporting meals were varied and tasty. Residents felt genuinely valued and at the heart of the service.
