The home kept full personal protective equipment readily available and staff screened visitors by taking temperatures and asking them to complete health questionnaires. To support residents safely, the provider had purchased a minibus for transport and maintained strict protocols for staff movements between its four homes, including negative Covid test requirements.

The home had developed comprehensive contingency plans for managing potential Covid outbreaks, including a live-in staff option.
