Richmond Care

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care to up to 27 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 22 people were receiving care at the service.

Medicines are now being managed safely, with improved practices and processes supported by a more consistent nursing team. Staff have assessed risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing, and management plans are in place to reduce these risks. The care environment is clean and comfortable, with infection control procedures in place. Sufficient numbers of suitably trained staff meet people's care and support needs.
