St. Ives Country House Care

St Ives Country House Care is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 60 people, supporting older people, those with physical disabilities or sensory impairments, and people living with dementia. At inspection there were 55 people using the service.

People were safely cared for by well-trained staff who understood their safeguarding responsibilities. Risks were properly assessed while people remained unrestricted and were able to lead fulfilling lives. The home operated a robust recruitment system to ensure only suitable staff were employed for caring roles, and used a regular care agency to maintain continuity of care.
