St Martha's is a residential care home providing accommodation and nursing care for up to 41 people with complex and enduring mental health needs, across two units. The CQC rated the service Good overall. Inspectors found people were kept safe, with staff who understood risks, received good training and support, and managed medicines well.

Staffing levels were sufficient, though recruitment record-keeping was being strengthened.

Inspectors found staff treated people with kindness, respected their privacy and choices, and supported family relationships. Leadership was described as visible and supportive, with a strong culture of listening and learning. People and relatives felt confident raising concerns and were happy with the care provided.
