Inspectors found improvements in care planning and culture, with staff feeling more supported and involved. However, environmental risk management was inconsistent, safeguarding systems were not fully embedded, and staff did not always recognise or respond quickly to concerns.

The home has seen frequent changes in management, which relatives said had affected staffing stability and continuity of care, though some praised recent progress. Governance had improved but remained inconsistent, and the CQC found the provider still in breach of regulations relating to safeguarding, consent and oversight.
