St. Augustine's House

St Augustine's House provides personal care for up to 16 people, some with mental health disabilities. The home currently accommodates 13 people in one adapted building.

Residents reported feeling safe and described staff as kind. Staff received training on safeguarding adults and the provider followed clear procedures to protect people from harm. Healthcare risks were assessed and plans were established to manage them. Whistleblowing procedures were in place and visible on notice boards throughout the home.
