Scott House

Scott House provides personal care for up to 19 people living with long-term mental health needs. At the time of the inspection, there were 14 people using the service. Residents told inspectors they felt safe and happy, and appreciated the staff who supported them. Relatives also expressed satisfaction, noting they felt welcomed during visits and that staff kept them informed of any changes to their loved ones' care. Staff reported being proud to work at the service and enjoyed their jobs.
