Jordan Lodge

Jordan Lodge provides residential personal care for up to 14 people with long-term mental health needs. At the time of the inspection, seven people were using the service. Residents reported being happy at the home and noted improvements in their care and support over the past year. Staff knew people well and implemented effective risk assessment and care planning to keep residents as safe as possible. The team takes pride in their work, with staff expressing enjoyment in their roles. Both residents and health and social care professionals praised the managers and staff team for their approach.
