St Anselm's Nursing Home

St Anselm's provides personal and nursing care to up to 26 adults with mental health needs in one large adapted building. At inspection, 25 people were being supported at the service.

People reported feeling safe, with staff described as kind. Relatives expressed satisfaction with the support their family members received, noting that residents appeared happy and content. Medicines management had improved since the previous inspection, with accurate records and people receiving prescribed medicines as intended.

The service had assessed potential risks to people's health and welfare, with guidance in place for staff to follow.
