Dover House

Willow Park Lodge accommodates up to 79 people across four levels, providing nursing and personal care for residents with diverse needs, including dementia care and temporary assessment placements. At the time of inspection, 52 people were using the service. The ground floor caters mainly to residents requiring residential care, the first floor supports people living with dementia, and the second floor manages short-term assessments. The top floor remains unused.

A registered manager leads the service, supported by an additional management team, though the management structure required review to ensure effective oversight and coordination of care delivery across all floors.
