Ami Group - The Knoll Unit and Ami Court Unit

Ami Group comprises two units, The Knoll and Ami Court, providing nursing and personal care to up to 67 residents. At the time of inspection, 64 people were living at the service, all adults requiring nursing care.

Residents reported feeling safe at the service, and relatives confirmed they believed their family members were well cared for and received appropriate support. However, the service's visiting protocols had not always aligned with government guidance. Prior to the inspection, residents who were able to leave their rooms had been required to see visitors outside in sheds or a summerhouse, rather than being offered the option to receive visitors in their own rooms.
