Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with staff who knew residents' needs and worked well as a team under a supportive management structure.

People and relatives spoke positively about relationships with staff and the food provided, though some felt an extra staff member would help. Inspectors noted record keeping around weights, nutritional intake and behaviour monitoring needed improvement. Overall, the service was found to be caring, effective and responsive to concerns.
