Northhill Care Home

Northhill Care Home provides personal care for up to 28 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were using the service. The home logged and investigated all incidents, though manager oversight of incidents was not always robust, prompting a recommendation for improved monitoring. Infection prevention procedures were well-established and the home was generally clean and tidy, though some difficult-to-reach areas such as the undersides of furniture and appliances had not been cleaned for some time. The registered manager was responsive to feedback and committed to ensuring the service ran as safely as possible.
