Spencefield Grange

Spencefield Grange is a residential care home supporting older people living with dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. Inspectors previously found breaches relating to safeguarding, safe care, staffing, medicines and governance, but this latest inspection found these issues resolved, with the service now rated Good overall.

Staff were found to be skilled, well-trained and responsive, managing risks and medicines safely. People and relatives spoke positively about the care provided, feeling safe and well supported, with one relative noting the home had "improved massively" under new management. Leaders were described as visible and receptive to feedback, with a strong focus on continued improvement.
