Willowbrook

Willowbrook provides residential care and rehabilitation for up to six people with acquired brain injury or associated needs. At the time of inspection, all six places were occupied. The home had implemented comprehensive systems to manage COVID-19, including clear infection prevention and control guidance displayed throughout in easy read format. Staff were trained in safe procedures and had access to appropriate personal protective equipment including masks, visors, goggles and disposable sleeves, with regular hand sanitisation practices in place. Visiting arrangements followed government guidance, with information shared clearly with families in accessible formats. All visitors were required to complete health screening, have their temperature checked, show a negative lateral flow test and wear PPE before entering the home.
