Arbor House

Arbor House accommodates up to 40 people across two floors, providing residential care and support for older people, those living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, and those requiring end of life care. At inspection, 38 people were using the service.

Residents and their relatives reported feeling safe. Staff demonstrated training in safeguarding procedures and understood how to promote people's safety. The service supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches in residents' best interests. Policies and systems in place supported this practice throughout the home.
