Goodwood Orchard Care Home

Goodwood Orchard Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 21 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 20 people were residing at the service.

People using the service reported feeling safe and happy, saying staff treated them well and they knew who the manager was. Staff demonstrated a good understanding of safeguarding and how to report concerns. However, arrangements for assessing risk and safety monitoring were not always robust, with several environmental issues identified during the inspection visit. The registered manager took immediate action following the inspection to rectify all of these issues.
