The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that a previous breach relating to premises and equipment had been resolved. Inspectors found staff to be kind, respectful and attentive, with enough people on duty who understood their responsibilities and acted to keep residents safe.

People and relatives spoke positively about care and outcomes, describing personalised, involved planning and meaningful activities that supported independence and wellbeing. The registered manager was described as approachable and hands-on, and was already working to strengthen quality assurance with partner agencies to build on the improvements made.
