Evington Grange

Evington Grange provides residential personal care and accommodation to six people. The service has made significant improvements since the last inspection. Systems and processes are now in place to keep people safe, including regular fire checks and a comprehensive medicine management system with sufficient audits.

The provider has also improved how they assess and monitor the quality of care delivered, though documentation of actions taken in response to identified issues could be more thorough.
